Medium density, drier than trout. Easy to break into large pieces.
Pink salmon
Less rich than other species. Can sometimes be a little dry.
Light pink, sometimes closer to whitish. The least colorful among the listed fish.
Meat is dry, less fatty than other species. May appear dense.
